1. Scope
These terms govern the provision of advisory services to those in or approaching retirement, digital information products, and physical publications or guides (each, a Service) offered by Senexora on senexora360.biz.
2. Advisory Services
Advisory services include one-on-one consultations, group sessions, and ongoing planning support tailored to a mature audience. Details and scheduling are available via our contact form.
3. Digital Information Products
Digital downloads, e-guides, and webinar recordings are delivered electronically. Access credentials will be sent to the email provided at registration.
4. Physical Goods
Printed guides and resource manuals are shipped via standard postal service to the address provided at checkout.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Eligibility and Process
Clients may request a credit or schedule change within 14 days of purchase or enrollment. To initiate, contact us through our contact form with your order details.
5.2 Advisory Services
- Rescheduling: Consultations may be shifted once without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.
- Reimbursement: If a session is cancelled by Senexora, credit equal to the amount paid will be issued for future use.
- Non-Reimbursable: Bespoke fiduciary review sessions involve preparatory analysis. Fees for these services are not eligible for credit due to dedicated research efforts, but may be transferred to alternative session dates.
5.3 Digital Information Products
- Full Reimbursement: If access credentials fail to activate within 7 days of purchase, a full credit will be applied to the original payment method.
- Nos: Once delivered and accessed, digital products cannot bed or credited.
5.4 Physical Goods
- Send-Back Window: Unused physical guides may be sent back within 30 days in their original packaging.
- Condition: Upon receipt and inspection, credit equal to the purchase amount will be issued, less any shipping costs.
- Non-Acceptable Sends: Personalized or signed editions are not eligible for send-back due to their bespoke nature.
6. Method of Credit
Approved credits will be applied to the original billing method within 10 business days of approval. Alternatively, a Swiss bank transfer can be arranged upon request.
7. Changes to Terms
Senexora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version is posted on senexora360.biz.
